Sensei Brenton (Woolcock Do San)

Sensei Elizabeth (Tedge Ki Ai)

Training now available Monday & Thursday nights and Saturday morning

Workshop to be held on Saturday 5th November 9-12.00 and Sunday 9-10.30am. Visiting Sensei from Australian Headquarter will be instructing in Tanto, and two sword techniques. Open to the general public, please phone for admission costs.

Iaido (the Art of drawing the sword), and Iaijutsu (sword defence techniques) is practiced today as a method of self-development.

Iaido requires extreme precision of its techniques and demands tremendous concentration during practice - both of which ask a great deal of self-discipline and sincere personal commitment on the part of the student in order to master. As a reward for these efforts, it can offer the individual a lifetime of physical, mental, and spiritual growth, as well as an enlightened and peaceful state of mind.

Beginners always welcome
(no special equipment or martial arts experience necessary)

Suitable for men and women over 16.
All body types, age and fitness levels.

Please phone or visit the dojo, if you want to know more about Iaido.
